A note on fees
I want to acknowledge that accessing psychological support in private practice may not be financially accessible to everyone.
Whilst I am happy to discuss short term financial hardship options with existing clients, I am generally unable to provide bulk-billing or low-cost services.
I am more than happy to help point you in the direction of bulk-billing (no gap) and low-cost alternatives, if my services do not meet your needs.

An initial 10-15 minute discovery call is free
All sessions run for 50 minutes. For current session fee, please reach out.
In most cases, the full fee will be automatically charged at the end of your appointment.
If you intend to claim a rebate you will still be required to pay the full amount up front before being reimbursed by the relevant funding body.
Services outside of appointments, such as completion of forms, attendance at meetings, extended phone calls, report writing etc, may incur additional fees which we can discuss in advance.
There is no fee charged for correspondence with referring Doctor/Psychiatrist
If you are engaged with my services and your financial position changes, I would encourage you to let me know so that we can discuss your options for ongoing support.

50% of session fee for cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours.
100% of session fee for missed appointments or cancellations/rescheduled appointments within 24 hours.
If your sessions are paid for via a third-party, you may still be personally liable for cancellation fees depending on your organisations agreement. Please reach out if you are unsure as to your organisation’s cancellation policy.

If you have Private Health Insurance, you may be entitled to rebates for your appointments, however this will vary from provider to provider. You are encouraged to check with your provider directly to clarify what you are eligible for.
Please note, you cannot claim a Medicare rebate at the same time as receiving a Private Health rebate, so you will need to choose one or the other if you are eligible for both.

At present, I do not work with the following third-party providers:
NDIS
Work Cover
Victims of Crime
Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
-
If you are not eligible for, or choose not to use Medicare or your Private Health fund, you do not need a referral to book an appointment.
You will need to cover the entire cost of the appointment yourself.
